Favorite Exercise of the Month v.2

August's favorite exercise comes courtesy of Women's Health Magazine. They call it the "Superset 3B T-Pushup," I call it a push up with a one-arm balance.

How do you perform the move?

  1. Start in a plank position with your arms shoulder width apart and right below your shoulders.
  2. Do a full pushup.
  3. When you come back up, rotate your body to the right, life your right arm over your shoulder (straight up). Tighten your abs and make sure your feet and legs are stacked up (one on top of the other).
  4. Return back to plank position.
  5. Do a full pushup.
  6. Repeat step 3, but to your left side.
