I am in a really good mood today and I think it's because of this DVD. Today was not necessarily a workout. The DVD felt more like a tutorial on proper stretching and movement. It's one of those DVD's that you don't really need to pop in to do the workout but its helpful to do so in order to keep you on the right track. Instead of doing 30 minutes of stretching, you do the full 60 minutes because someone is telling you to. I loved X Stretch and I had a love/hate relationship with Yoga X but I think I am really going to love this new Recovery and Mobility DVD because I feel so refreshed, stretched, and more aware of the importance of taking care of my muscles.
It was a light day on the workout front but so far I am really enjoying P90x2. It allows for more flexibility in your workout and it doesn't FEEL as strict. Great job Beachbody!
Oh and for those who are keeping up with my neighborly issues, I purchased Shock Athletic Gym Flooring. It's about 2 ft x 6 ft and a little over an inch thick. Today wasn't much of a jumping type of workout but I used it regardless and it seems like it will work. I'll let you know.
