Very excited that I decided to do four weeks of p90x2 Phase 1. Just yesterday, I did X2Core and finally was able to successfully do all the exercises. I broke a massive sweat. This is a big deal because the first two weeks I was having so much trouble following along and falling all over the place. I found myself stopping and pausing so much that I couldn't break a sweat. This time around, my heart rate was at an average of 140bpm and I was rocking out the moves. All that hard work had me struggling at the end but I finally completed the entire dvd without having to pause and rewind. I did pause a couple of times to help myself get through the moves since it was taking me a little longer to complete but otherwise it was a total success.
Can't wait to take pictures at the end of this week.
