Not sure if you noticed, but I am a fitness blogger. Fitness Magazine noticed and they invited me to their Fitness Blogger Meet & Tweet in NYC. I am so excited. This is my very first blogger conference and its all about the one thing I love blogging about . . . fitness.
I don't want to give too much away but the agenda is jam-packed. I am pumped. We'll be tweeting throughout the day using the hashtag #fitblognyc . . . make sure to follow along.... Wednesday.

I'm sure the conference will help me produce a bunch of new content for everyone. I will make sure to take TONS of pictures.
On that note, today is not a good day in my healthy life. I'm feeling sore and achy and I haven't worked out in TWO days. I hate it when my body is telling me to slow down. However, I am trying my hardest to "listen" and I am headed to bed early tonight.
