Ingredients: 1 large Summer Squash 4 garlic scapes (chopped) or garlic 4 basil cubes from Dorot container Olive oil Sea salt Parmesan Cheese
Step 1: With a peeler, make spaghetti like strips. I used the entire squash up until I started seeing the seeds.
Step 2: Boil water as you would with pasta. Add a drop of olive oil and dash of sea salt. When water has begun to boil, drop in squash for one minute.
Step 3: After one minute has passed remove squash and let sit.
Step 4: Heat olive oil and add garlic scapes and basil. Then add drained squash.
Step 5: Mix it all together and add parmesan cheese.
Tastes like fettucine alfredo. Yumm
