Focus T25 DAY 5

Cardio Friday!!!!Learn from my mistake: If you are going to do this workout (or any workout), drink plenty of water. I failed to do so yesterday because I was flying and didn't want to get up every half hour to use those tiny airplane bathrooms.

I felt it today. I was cramping a lot during the burnout sections. So thankful for moderations. I'm noticing how EVERYTHING you do affects your mood, body, and ability to bounce back. I woke up with a hangover-like headache this morning as well because I didn't drink enough water. It took over six cups of water to get over the headache. I'm sure I could have taken medicine but I really didn't want to. Water worked just fine.

Traveling also disrupts healthy eating. I tried my best. Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology w/water and strawberries S: vanilla yogurt L: One Chicken Pastelillo w. Passion fruit juice and a coconut frozen dessert

S: 20 raw almonds D: two turkey burgers, only one with cheese and a bun and a tomato, onion, green pepper and cilantro salad. Also one cup if Pepsi Max.

It's 8pm so I will probably eat something else.  I went to Wal-Mart and picked up a bunch of healthy snacks so I'm sure tomorrow's list of meals will be healthier!!!
