Hey guys and gals. I forgot to post yesterday. It was STATurday and therefore I had no workout to do. I was supposed to weigh myself and check my measurements but I don't have access to a scale or measuring tape. Today I had a great workout with my niece and nephew. I tried to get my other nieces into it but they had no interest. It was fun to stretch with the kids and they are interested in trying cardio tomorrow.
Meals: B: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology w. A banana, pineapples and almond milk S: watermelon and Oikos Vanilla Greek yogurt L: steamed pumpkin D: 3 Mahi Mahi Fish tacos with guacamole and chipotle sauce. One dark and stormy S: trail mix with peanuts, almonds and raisins.
