Move Yo Asana, Week 2

I moved my Asana once again this week. Lot's of difficult poses and I learned a couple of things.

  1. My hamstrings are not very flexible.
  2. The right side of my body is both stronger and more flexible than the left.
  3. When in doubt, grab your yoga strap and yoga block. They help tremendously.
  4. It's all about improvement.
  5. You don't need an expensive yoga studio to practice. The outdoors or a corner in your home will do.
