I moved my Asana once again this week. Lot's of difficult poses and I learned a couple of things.
- My hamstrings are not very flexible.
- The right side of my body is both stronger and more flexible than the left.
- When in doubt, grab your yoga strap and yoga block. They help tremendously.
- It's all about improvement.
- You don't need an expensive yoga studio to practice. The outdoors or a corner in your home will do.
