The Skinny on The 21 Day Fix

I am really excited about this program. If you follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, or Twitter you would know that I can't wait until this program comes out. Why? Because I am not a nutritionist or dietician and I truly want to help my clients with their weight loss goals. Nutrition and your workouts go hand in hand.  Currently, I use various tools to assist my clients. Whether the nutrition guide that comes with their workout, fooducate or other sources, I am always looking for options but the 21dayfix makes it easy. It takes the guess work out of meal planning and portion control! And will help get you the results you want FASTER.


So what am I talking about? What is the 21 Day Fix?

21 Day Fix is THE fitness and nutrition program to help you lose up to 15 pounds in 21 days. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week, for 21 days. The unique nutrition plan uses specifically portioned food storage containers that eliminate the guesswork from portion control - no weighing, measuring, or counting calories, carbs or points.
