Day 1 and Day 2 of the 3 day refresh

Hey!! I didn't have time yesterday to write out my thoughts on the refresh. Actually, let's be honest here, I had THE FOG. Definition: That haze you get when you don't have sugar or coffee or bread for a couple of hours. It hit me hard.



The 3-day refresh is very simple actually. I chose to begin the day after Thanksgiving so I think I just shocked my body. I ate carbs, carbs, carbs, and then was like NO!

This is what you eat every day for three days:

B: Glass of water. Shakeology and a fruit (your choice whether to blend or not to blend).

S: Fiber Sweep (provided to you with your purchase of the 3-day refresh).

L: Vanilla Fresh (high-protein, hunger-satisfying shake) plus options from the Fruit, Vegetable, and Healthy Fats lists.

S: Fruit, Vegetable, or Juice from the options list.

D: Vanilla Fresh plus a meal made from the Dinner Recipe list.

What do these shakes taste like?

Shakeology - DELICIOUS! It's like the treat for the whole day.

Fiber Sweep - it's lemony smelling but I feel like it doesn't taste like much. Reminds me of Emergen-C.

Vanilla Fresh - very similar to Vanilla Shakeology. I had it with cinnamon every time and it cut the weird after taste.

Is it filling? Yes it is. Is it fulfilling? Well, on day one, I can say no. On day 2, yes it was definitely fulfilling. I lost 2.2 lbs in one day and I felt great when I woke up! CLARITY after the fog!



Here's what I ate these past two days:

Day 1:

B: Glass of water then Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with half of a frozen banana.

S: Fiber sweep.

L: Vanilla Fresh with spinach, an apple and coconut oil all mixed into one shake. (I don't recommend you do this. I missed CHEWING by noon).

S: Cauliflower and Hummus also had to eat another banana because of the fog.

D: Vanilla Fresh Shake. Spinach Salad from the Dinner Recipes list.

Workout was T25 Stretch.

Day 2:

B: Glass of water then Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with half of a frozen banana.

S: Fiber Sweep.

L: Vanilla Refresh with the other half of frozen banana. Serving of spinach with olive oil.

S: bell peppers and hummus

D: Vanilla Fresh Shake. Veggie Stir Fry from Recipes List.

Workout: Taught a cardio class and  wiped myself out. Need to drink more water all night.

Tomorrow is day 3 and I'll post my results "early" so you can see whats been going on.
