For most coaches, day 4 was another full day of events but I left early. It worked out for me because I had all day Sunday to prepare myself for the week. So, on Day 4, we didn't really do much except get one more workout in with Shaun T, eat lots of desserts and food and say goodbye to our friends on the trip.
I must tell you that as I reflect on this trip, I am so happy I didn't turn down this opportunity. It's not about all expense paid vacations and living the lavish life. It's about helping other live healthier and more fulfilling lives while enriching your own life and becoming a better person. I have a true passion for people and their health. I knew I always wanted to do something in this field but I was also LOST. I didn't know where to start and what to do. I had no clue about building a business or even how to reach out to people and ask them to allow me to help them.
I have learned all of that AND more in one year as a coach. I want to share this with everyone and I want to build a team of people who also want to help others. You do not have to be fit already, you don't even have to know much about nutrition. You have to have an open mind, the will to learn, and the desire to GROW as a business owner and individual. If you have those qualities, the rest will fall into place. I will help you with everything else.
