So like years ago I posted a blog post about sneakers for dance workouts. Since then, the workouts I do have changed. I'm not just dancing. I do Insanity, weight lifting, yoga, pilates, running, etc.
Therefore, my sneaker collection has GROWN! I probably where sneakers 95% of the time.
People are always asking me what's the right type of sneaker for XYZ workout. Especially because I am a Team Beachbody Coach and lots of people are doing different workouts at home than they have ever done before, its important for me to become aware of the various different sneakers available for each type of workout.
