Active Maternity - 2nd Trimester Workout

Hey all. So I posted this video yesterday on my Facebook page and I want to share it with you.

Prior to my pregnancy, I was doing 22 Minute Hard Corps and found myself getting acid reflux and slightly dizzy. Wasn't much a fan of it. So I started back with CIZE and was dancing myself happy BUT I have developed so much muscle in the past two years with my Beachbody workouts, I don't want to slow down because its been a lot of work to build that back.

So I found Active Maternity, which offers a lot of strengthening exercises and I am really enjoying it. I have been doing it about two times a week alongside CIZE and I am super happy with my energy levels, how I feel, and my strength. 

If you are in your 2nd trimester, I recommend you give it a shot. There is also a 1st and 2nd trimester workout.  Its really important to continue moving throughout your pregnancy. A lot of the routines are created to help you build strength during labor and for the period after.
