Insanity Max:30 Official Results

Wow! It’s been a journey. And an absolutely incredible one. I can't believe that I am done! I feel very grateful to have you all supporting me throughout these past 60+ days (more on that later). Please note: I did Insanity Max: 30  while teaching PiYo and Zumba three times a week. I also got sick with a terrible cold that lasted a week and a half and I could not workout. I was sick in bed blowing my nose and sleeping. It was all I could do. As soon as I felt better, I jumped back in the game.  I drank Shakeology every day, followed the meal plan  with the 21 day fix containers, celebrated Valentine's Day and my fiance's birthday all during the last few weeks of Month 2.

And here were my results! I weighed 123.8 lbs when I started and now I weigh a solid 133.4 lbs and as you can see, there is muscle definition in my legs, arms, and obliques that never existed before.

If you’d like to achieve the results I have, you will definitely need the support. Even though I am a coach, I was part of a coach group where we helped and supported one another and even worked out virtually together to stay motivated. I would not have been able to stick to this program otherwise. I QUIT INSANITY years back when I did it alone! You need people cheering you on and keeping you accountable. The experience of working with others towards a common goal is like no other. Sweaty selfies and all!!

I have tried doing this on my own before. But I never succeeded like I do now. Because buying a program alone without your daily superfoods, the support, and a coach leaves you alone at home trying to convince yourself to get off the couch and push play OR worse, to turn off the tv. It wont happen. I know because I have been there.  Put in half the effort and skimp on the good stuff, you get half the results.

By the way, do you know the last time I weighed around 133? When I first STARTED my BB journey!!!
